CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS:California Class "C" driver's license may be required at time of hire. Driver's license must be maintained as acondition of continued employment. Employee may be required to operate heavy machinery vehicles. Employeemust maintain a driving record which meets the standards of the Company's insurance policy. Subject toCompany needs, employee may be required to obtain Journeyman certification and maintain current certificationas a condition of continued employment. Joumeyman certification in carpentry or related trade.

SUPERVISION'TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY:May oversee Assistant Carpenter. Spends less than 30% of time conducting supervisory responsibilities. Carriesout supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilitiesinclude planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems; trainingemployees. Acts as a technical resource to other trades and custodial personnel regarding problems associatedwith all structural elements as assigned buildings.

SAFEW TO SELF AND OTHERS:Low exposure to self to bruises, cuts, fractured bones, disease, chemical and heat burns, and fatality due to tools,falls, exposure to others, torches, and roofing compounds. Medium exposure to self and others to hernia due toexcess weight.
