Time Tracking

We use Harvest Time Tracking software that bills by the minute.

To access the daily report spreadsheet, we will send you a link to our secure

client portal. From there you will have access to your daily time report. We will

send you a daily time report to avoid going over the time you purchased. We

will strategize with you the best way to use your prepaid package time so you

get the most benefit out of your package.We only rollover time for our 10-hour

packages and in the event there is a VA absence and here's why: there is no

good reason to not take full advantage of everything your Virtual Assistant has

to offer you. If you are not sure what to focus on next we are here to coach

you and guide you. There is always room for improvement with efficiency and

growth potential. Overages are charged at the hourly rate consistent with the

package you purchased.

Next Steps

After your initial consultation: If you choose to start services we will send you our services

agreement to review and sign, our BAA and you will purchase your package for the month.

After payment is received we will reserve your official start date and select your team.

We will send you our HIPAA compliant clinician information form to obtain all of the important

details your VA will need to work successfully for you practice.

When your package is over we send you an invoice for the your next monthly package

Your Invoice will include the price of your package in addition to any fees for extra hours

added to your previous month's package if you nee additional time before the end of your

month.

You get time allotted time for training your VA on your intake processes and to establish goals

and priorities for the month. This time is separate from and in addition to your monthly task

hours. For those seeking marketing only services this hour of time will be used to create your

marketing strategy and define the priorities for the month.

The amount of training time or strategy building time time included in each om each package

varies based on the amount of package hours purchased.

Your Va will ask you to review your current intake process with them during your face to face

zoom meetings or discuss your marketing goals and implement a strategic marketing plan.

We love to record meetings so your VA can review it as needed to ease the flow of

communication. Through the use of video you and your VA will always be on the same page.
