ส ำนกบรหำรวชำกำรไดน ำเสนอเปำหมำยเชงนโยบำย:
1. พฒนำหลกสตรแบบบรณำกำรศำสตร เสรมสรำงควำมแขงแกรงทำงวชำกำร/วชำชพเพอตอบโจทยพลวตกำรศกษำโลก
2. มงเปำกำรพฒนำ “หลกสตรรวมผลต” แบบบรณำกำรควำมรวมมอ ภำยในจฬำฯ – จฬำฯ กบมหำวทยำลยภำยในประเทศ – จฬำฯ กบ มหำวทยำลยภำยในประเทศและตำงประเทศ – จฬำฯ กบภำคเอกชน
3. พฒนำหลกสตรตอบสนองควำมตองกำรของนโยบำยภำครฐและควำมตองกำรของประชำสงคม (Non-Degree) โดยใชระบบ Credit Bank Transfer เปนฐำน

จดตง “วทยาลยการศกษาและนวตกรรมการเรยนรตลอดชวต” • เปดหลกสตรสรำงโมเดลจ ำลอง รบ นร แบบมงเปำ 4 ป 200 คน ป ตร ในรปแบบ flexible
curriculum, competencies-based แบบ degree แต plus CU Outcomes ดำน innovative and global leadership ลงไปในตวนสตดวย และ เอำ CUDSON มำชวยแตงเตมเพมเสรมและประเมน
• non degrees ทงหลำยจะตอบสนองประชำชนทกเพศทกวย ทกกลมประชำสงคม โดยเนนพฒนำฝมอแรงงำนในระบบ และภำคอตสำหกรรมตำมควำมตองกำรของตลำดเปนหลก
• เพอเปนพนทกลำงของเมองมหำวทยำลย บรหำรจดกำร/ดแลนสต ฬ พนธใหมทกเพศทกวย 24 ชม แบบเบดเสรจจดเดยว โฆษณำ ขำย สมคร เรยน ทดลอง น ำเสนอ ทะเบยน เรยน ฝกงำน ทดลองอำชพ/บรษทจ ำลอง credit bank ฯลฯ
