In MODULE 1 I showed you how to come up with an idea for a lead magnet you can use to encourage people to sign up for your email list.

In this module, I want to show you how to create a simple lead magnet - in 30 minutes or less.As I shared with you in MODULE 1:

Using the template provided, create a ‘how to’ lead magnet (a one page pdf).

If you’re just getting started I’d hold off on hiring a designer until you’ve tested out your lead magnet. You can use a free design tool like Canva and/or Picmonkey to make your lead magnet look more attractive. If design’s really not your thing, I’d recommend using a site like Fiverr to find a designer who will make your lead magnet look pretty but won’t charge the earth.

My big tip for creating lead magnets is don’t overthink it. Just get it done and get it out there. You can always make improvements later. Taking imperfect action trumps doing nothing at all - every time.

ALREADY HAVE A LEAD MAGNET?

Already got a lead magnet? You can either use this challenge to create a new lead magnet that’s much more specific (I find most lead magnets I see are too broad). Try extending it over five or ten days formaximum engagement (my 10 day PR challenge converts really well because it’s a series of quick wins).
