Main Technical Features
1. Powerful lifting capacity: The maximum rated single rope pull force is 24t/32t; the engine is optional, with power of 298KW/597KW.Emission of 298KW engine complies with Europe Stage III standard, that of 597KW engine complies with Europe Stage II standard; under the hoisting operating condition, the maximum rated lifting capacity is 100t, and the maximum lifting moment is 463t•m.
2. Many optional configurations: The third winch is optional, with a single rope pull force of 16t; the fourth winch is optional, with a single rope pull force of 7t; pull shovel winch is optional, with a single rope pull force of 7t/3t and the function of free dropping free fall function; optional two-way output device provides power to external equipment. At the same time, the required servo power can be provided; crawler shoe of 800/1000mm wide is optional;
3 Safety control system: Many operating modes: lifting hook mode, assembly mode, free dropping fall mode, pull shovel mode, forced ramming mode, clamshell grab mode, etc. The expert control system in various operating modes reduces the risk of misoperation; improves memory function of lifting height, capable of displaying the height of weight above or below the ground; provides adjustable control function for free dropping fall distance of weight to enhance efficiency. It may be
equipped with the functions of real-time display of ground pressure and levelness, off-line stop action, emergency electric control, lightning protection, automatic traveling direction adjustment.
4.Outstanding operating performance: The main and auxiliary winches are both free-dropping fall reducers with dynamic multi-disk brake, free of maintenance. Load sensing, limit load adjustment and electro-hydraulic proportion dead slow control offer the perfect inching performance of actions, and more stable operation.
5.Reliable function assurance: The designed safety margin of structures and members are sufficient; the control system can operate stably under the harsh environments like extreme cold, high temperature, plateau or sand wind.
6.Others: The transport width is 3.2m, facilitating the transportation of crane; the main and auxiliary lifting winches, third winch, fourth winch, and pull shovel winch can be assembled onto the crane at the same time. The driver’s cab can be rotated or pitched, and it boasts a big space while the operating handle joy stick can be added. In the forced ramming operation, the protection hood for blocking gravels can be assembled in front of the driver’s cab and allows self-assembly/disassembly.

■ FunctionsWith multi-functional operation purposes available, it can, through operation devices, be used for hoisting, pull shovel, forced ramming, diaphragm wall grab, cramshell bucket, dematron machine, piling, double wheel trench, hydraulic hammer, spiral drilling and other operations of foundation.
■ EngineThe imported QSM11 in-line six-cylinder, water cooled, EFI and turbocharging diesel engine;Rated power/speed: 298kW/2100;Maximum output torque: 1,898N•m/1400rpm;Emission standard: Tier 3Air filtering: Two-stage filtering system consisting of air pre-filter and air filter; Fuel tank: 900L in volume.
■ Electric Control SystemThe system consists of central control unit, human-machine interface, actuator, and connecting harness, etc.
Global positioning and remote monitoring scheme is optional. With the function of lifting height memory, it can display the height of weight above/below ground.
■ Hydraulic SystemThe enclosed hydraulic technology is used in the system to save energy and provide a small shock, stability and higher reliability. The most advanced free dropping reducer is adopted.
■ Main and Auxiliary Hoisting MechanismsThe main and auxiliary winches can realize free dropping.

Main and Auxiliary Hoisting Mechanisms
■ Luffing MechanismThe reel is directly driven by the luffing motor through the reducer. The reel may rotate in two directions through the winch handle.
■ Slewing MechanismThe function of free slipping is available.
Slewing speed: 0~2.2rpm/0~3.6rpm.
■ Driver’s Cab cabinThe protection hood for blocking gravels can be assembled in the front of driver’s cab;
The hood can be rotated, thus reducing the transport width.
The driver’s cab can be adjusted according to the operating needs, capable of realizing 20° pitching upward, and it can be rotated to the right front of platform, easy to transport.
Seat: A suspended, multi-direction and multi-position, adjustable seat is equipped with an unloading switch.
Air conditioner: cool and warm air, optimized air channel, and air port.

■ BoomIn a lattice structure, the main chords use high-strength structure steel pipes. All boom sections are connected with pin shafts.
Basic boom: 6.5m base + +5.9m tip + 0.6m arm head;

Safety Devices
■ Load Moment LimiterAs an independent safety operation system controlled by computer, the load moment limiter may automatically detect the weight hoisted by the crane, operating radius and angle of boom, and compare the rated loading capacity with the actual load, operating radius and angle of lifting arm; In normal operation, it may automatically judge the direction of dangerous action of the crane in an intelligent way, and may also record the information on overload as it is equipped with a black box.
Main components: display, host box, angle sensor, and force sensor.
■ Tri-color Load Alarming Light The status of load progress bar of corresponding load moment limiter display indicated may reflect the safety status of lifting appliance’s load.
■ Over Hoist Limit Device for Main and Auxiliary HooksWhen the lifting hook is elevated to the upper height limit, an alarm will be given and meanwhile, the lifting action of the lifting hook will be shut off.
■ Over Roll-out Limit Device for Main and Auxiliary HooksWhen the steel rope is rolled out near the last three circles, an alarm will be given and meanwhile, the electric control system will automatically shut off the dropping action.
■ Switch for Assembly Mode/Free Dropping Mode/Pull Shovel Mode/Hoisting Mode/Forced Ramming Mode/Cramshell Grab ModeThe expert control system in various operating modes reduces the risk of operation.
■ Boom Limit Detection DeviceUnder different operating condition, the operation of crane boom or jib is controlled within the safe angle through mechanical limit detection and detection of arm support angle signal of the load limiter.
■ Boom Back-stop DeviceThe ant i - t ipover lever is a spr ing structure embedded with steel tubes, and it is assembled on the boom base. It functions by relying on the compressive force of spring to prevent the boom from tipping back.
■ Winch Mechanism BrakeAll winch brakes are spring-loaded normal-engaged disk brakes, which provide a big braking force and are safe, reliable, free of maintenance, and durable.
■ CCTV Monitoring SystemWith high-definition camera, the operator in the driver’s cab may monitor the real-time state of luffing reel, hoisting winch reel and crane tail.
■ Fault Self-diagnosis SystemThe system may automatically generate fault and

alarm information, check the electrification of in-service electric circuit, and help troubleshoot electric fault.
■ PharosIt is mounted on the top of the arm support for sending signal of the height, thus allowing the boom to keep erecting during evening.
■ AnemometerIt is installed on the top of arm support to have real-time monitoring over the wind velocity and send data to the driver’s cab to display on the monitor there.
■ GradienterThe bubble gradienter is used as the benchmark of verification, and electronic gradienter is used for real-time display in high accuracy to indicate the inclined angel of crane and the situation of safe operation ground of crane.
■ Boom Angle IndicatorPendulum-type angle indicator mounted at the boom base close to the driver’s cab, facilitating operators to check.
■ Hook ClampEach kind of lifting hook is equipped with a clamp plate to prevent the wire rope from falling off.
■ Operation Alarm Before performing any operation to the crane, press the horn to give alarms, indicating that the crane will be operated and reminding others of safety.
■ Traveling or Slewing Indication
During traveling or slewing, the alarming light flashes and slewing buzzer tweets.
■ Function Permission HandleIf the function-permitting joystick is not fixed in position, all other functional control levers will not function, so as to prevent misoperation due to knocks of body in getting on and off the crane.
■ In-seat InterlockingWhen the operator is not at seat, all manipulations wil l be out of function, so as to avoid some misoperations effectively.
■ Automatic Reversing Travel Whatever relative posit ions superworks and lowerworks are at, when the truck will travel forward when the traveling pedal is pushed forward and it will travel backward when the pedal is pulled backward.
■ Engine Power Limit Load Adjustment and Stalling ProtectionHave real-time monitoring over the output power of engine and prevent the engine from stalling through power load adjustment.
■ Monitoring Display A high-precision and true-color display is used as the indication terminal for electric human-machine dialogues of the whole machine, to indicate the operating parameters of engine system and hydraulic system, parameter state of every detection point and output point of the electric system, and the real-time parameters of operating conditions under all circumstances.
