Cranberry Delight Cookies Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, beat together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until fluffy. Add the entire jar of ingredients, and mix together until well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Cool on baking sheets, or remove to cool on wire racks. Mix until completely blended. You will need to finish mixing with your hands. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place 2 inches apart on sprayed cookies sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets and remove cookies to racks to cool completely.
