Cranberry Delight Cookies Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a
cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, beat together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon
vanilla extract until fluffy. Add the entire jar of ingredients, and mix together until well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto
the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Cool
on baking sheets, or remove to cool on wire racks.
Chocolate Overload Cookies: Empty jar into large mixing bowl, using
your whisk to thoroughly mix. Add 1 stick soft butter, 1 egg (slightly beaten) and 1
teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until completely blended. You will need to finish mixing with your hands. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place 2 inches apart on sprayed cookies sheets. Bake at 350
degrees for 11-13 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets
and remove cookies to racks to cool completely.
