What is Child Protection?UNICEF uses the term child protection to refer to preventing and responding to violence, exploitation and abuse against children. while we define it as Creating an environment favorable for the overall development of the child with a guarantee of his/her overall protection.Key Stakeholders in child protection:

Survey

We observed the environment and the children over there, mostly child are in a very minor age like 5 to 8 years.Teacher which was provided to them was enthusiasticStudent are punctual and this punctuality shows that they are interested to gaining knowledgeSurvey was to teach those child that would be helpful for their life and motivating them to change their life in a good way

Activity

The main purpose for which we came there were to have some healthy and relative activity regarding to knowledge and to have some exposure in their lifeOur activity starts with cleaning the sitting area of children.The pupose of cleaning the sitting area was to teach those child that cleanliness is half pillar of our faith.we asked them some question related to general knowledge like some mathematical and by asking them in English.

We did several activities with those child which are described below.

First of all we taught them some Islamic religious point

How to welcome and respect our elders

Must start talking with salam

Always have a normal tone of voice

Then we asked them some questions

Who is your creator Who is our last PROPHETHow many prayers are farz on usWhat is our first kalmaEtc

Then we moved to some general knowledge questionWe asked them count the number of student We also asked them to write their namesHow many sibling they haveWe listen them some English alphabets and also checked that can they recognized these alphabetsWe also listen counting and also asked some mathematical question

Then we played some quiz type questions and rewarded them with candys and chocolates

Purpose of our activitiesFirstly to teach they make their environment clean and safe Get yourself clean tooChecking their interest level of gaining knowledge We taught them to be faithful with each other and never speak lieAlways speak truth Say no to begging Never ever steal things of othersGet knowledge from where they get and spread it to othersAlso divert the mind of their family towards education Be self-realistic and self-determined Punctuality is the basic key to success or to achieve somethingBe a hard worker and never lose hope Refreshment

After all that activities we entertain children with juices and snacks and check did they learned something or not

Conclusion

These child are interested to gain knowledge and wanted to change their life style but they are depended so we should do such activities and facilaitate them and also motivate them and its our social responsibility and we are proud that such type of trust oraganizations are grooming in our country for such low sector where people are not able to get their children educated because of financial and illiteracy.
