    WSH (Confined space)

    Def: 3 level of hazardous atmosphere

    19.5% to 23.5% by volume

    Entry ingress by persons into CP, when a

    person entering or leaving the same.

    Evaluation of the need for entry into CP

    Occupier to ensure 1) an evaluation to consider

    the necessity to enter or to carry out work in CP.

    been issued for such entry into CP.

    Entering a CP without CP entry permit

    1) The person is wearing a suitable breathing

    apparatus

    manager

    4) CP attendant keeping watch outside attached.

    Training of workers and superiors

    1) Responsible person to ensure (person

    entering or working in CP must first

    received adequate safety and health

    health training.
