The Federation In collaboration with the competent authorities the Federation has drawn up a "General Protocol against the spread of the Covid-19 in motorsport" (here named Protocol). You can read the full Protocol on “Acisport” website in the “Annuario 2020” section. The provisions contained in the Protocol must be applied during the organization and while the event is taking place. The general rules in the aforesaid Protocol can modify some of the articles contained in these Event Supplementary Regulations. The modified periods are indicate in red. For anything not specified in the Protocol please refer to the rules contained in the “ Annuario ACI Sport 2020”, in the specific sector R.d.S. and in the subsequent updates published on the official "Acisport" website, which will come into force from their publication date. In addition to the national, regional, local regulations provided for the prevention of COVID risk, the Competitors are obliged to comply with the Health Regulation prepared by the Federation committing themselves to have them observed by all subjects linked to them. They will also be responsible to inquire in advance of any changes in this Regulation in order to comply with these provisions.

2. ORGANIZATION

The present particular Regulation is issued in conformity with the International Sporting Code (and its exhibits, as applicable), to the National Sporting Rules, its general Rules and to the Specific Rules and to the other dispositions of ACI according to which it has to be understood as regulated what not indicated in the following articles. The Organizer declares that the Rally will be provided of the needed administrative authorizations.

3.2 Admitted Competitors and Drivers For each car it should be registered a team formed by two persons considered both of them as drivers (1st and 2nd driver) therefore holders of driving license for the type of race in force (for restriction see RSN and RDS 2019). License has to be valid. Will be admitted:

- holders of license issued by ACI-Sport and Federations with which they are associated; a) Rallies registered in the National Calendar – Admission will be for:

- competitors and drivers holders of license issued by ACISport;

b) Rallies registered in the National Calendar with authorized foreign participation (ENPEA) Admission will be for:

- competitors and drivers holders of license issued by ACISport; - competitors and drivers holders of license issued by a EU State or related. These competitors and drivers are exempted from the submission of the ASN authorization.

b) Rallies registered in the International Calendar

Will be admitted: - the license holders issued by ACISport and the Federations with which they are associated; - license holders issued by a foreign ASN. These competitors and drivers will be required to participate in the ASN of

origin. 3.3 Admitted Cars The vehicles conforming to the technical rules and in possession of the sportive documents provided by the current regulations for the periods indicated below and in accordance with the RDS Autostoriche will be admitted. See attached table For the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grouping, each car must have a valid FIA or ACI National HTP. For the 4th J1 and J2 Grouping, all cars must be equipped with valid HTP FIA.

3.4 Registration number plate and race number a) Registration Registration will be opened from 26.08.2020 The registration applications have to be sent to the following address: ITALIAN LICENCE www.acisport.it (log into your Account) – FOREING LICENCE iscrizioni@bassanorally.it within the 16 September 2020 by RDS Hystorical-Cars Rule. Registrations will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by the entry fee (see following article 3.5) Registrations anticipated by fax must be confirmed, complete with the entry fee, within the registration closure. Not more than a total of n. 170 registrations will be accepted. b) Number plate and race number For each registered team will be provided, free of charge, race numbers and the following material: - a plate 43x21,5cm to be applied in front of the car; - A number plate 28x15cm , clear and sticky, to be applied on the rear window; - Two door panels number 50x52cm to be applied on the doors. Cars must be at scrutineering with the race numbers and the official plates applied. The application of adhesive or mirror films on the rear windows, rear side windows and sunroof is authorized, in accordance with the rules of Art. 253.11 / All. J FIA 3.5 Entry fee Under penalty of nullity, for each racing car, you must pay the following entry fee indicated on the RDS Autostoriche Cap. 2 art.3 3.6 Insurances: The Organizer, as the holder of a sports license, since the time of its affiliation adheres to the current sporting regulations. In this context, I confirm that I have full knowledge of the fact that the RC policy, mentioned in art. 56 of the RSN, corresponds to the fees provided for in art. 124 of the Insurance Code, with the lowest law, and does not raise Competitors and Leaders from any liability they may incur outside the scope of the insurance and additional general and special policy conditions as published on the federal website and still required by the Insurance Company 3.7 Advertising Compulsory advertising: The advertising space on the panels containing the race numbers and official license plates will be reserved for the following Sponsors: FRATTIN AUTO (Ref. RDS Chapter 2) 4. GENERAL OBBLIGATION Procedure for pre-race tests, delivery of race numbers:

a) The administrative checks (race numbers delivery) will be made on the basis of the official list; b) The organizers are required to provide to the Historical Cars Commission the chronology of the

subscribers at the same time as the closing date for entries and together with a proposal (draft) for the starting order;

c) The publication of the starting order must be strictly preceded by the conformity visa by the Commission, which will be released within 48 hours of receipt of the chronological order;

d) The correct compilation of the on-line races and calendars procedure allows you to enter all the details of the drivers, thus enabling it to be entered in the list. Only the following documents must be submitted for the purpose of simplifying the procedure for the race number delivery:

- valid driving license - identity card - medical certificate if on the on-line procedure it results expired - HTP FIA or ACISport - written authorization of its A.S.N. if the same does not belong to U.E. / if this has not been included in the registration form. - receipt of the payment of registration fee.

e) Competitors who do not exhibit the above documents will not be admitted to the competition.

f) After the administrative checks, competitors will receive all the necessary documents to submit themselves to the technical checks. Including any circular note and other instructions given by the Race Direction. They will receive race numbers and ID Passes. 4.1 Administrative checks will be By ONLINE Date From to

a) At the technical checks, competitors will have to show to ACI Technical delegate Commissioner or his collaborators, the ACI Technical Passport if not incorporated in the HTP. b) Cars without the technical passport, HTP FIA or National ACI will not be admitted to the competition. c) Any technical dispute will be decided by the Commissioners Boards upon report of the ACI Technical Commissioner Delegate, whereas if of sporting nature, the Race Director will bring it to the attention of the Sportive Commissioners Boards. d) Competitors will have to present at technical checks with the car within the time limits provided for in this Regulation. Competitors who do not appear within such limits will not be admitted to the competition. e) Checks carried out in the pre-race will be of a general nature and will mainly concern the conformity of the cars to the safety rules and the correct classification of the car itself. f) Cars not complying with the safety regulations will not be admitted at the start of S.S. and of the race. g) Further technical checks may also be carried out throughout the Event. 4.3 Identification of the team Each driver have to give two recent pass format photos cm. 4x4. At the administrative checks photos will be applied on the “team identity card” which has to be shown in the inside part of the lateral rear window, side 1st driver , during all the race. 4.3.1 Team Safety The teams who have to withdraw from the race will have to announce it to the Race Direction calling: 366.4524024 4.4 Reconnaissance a) Reconnaissance has to be during the days and timetable established in the program, after the delivery of the Road Book, the recognition card with strictly series cars, without any race setting up. b) For each Special Stage it is admitted a maximum number of 3 laps. c) The “pilot engine” cars which anticipate the recognition ones and the radio connections on the recognition cars are forbidden. d) Every recognition done not in the fixed days and time will be considered as a very serious violation and it will be reported to the Race Director for consequence actions . 4.5 Test with racing cars (shakedown)

The following stretch will be at disposal of competitors from the 10:00 to 15:00 on the 25.09.2020 for the racing test. Marostica (VI) – “Salita della Rosina” – Via Stroppari The drivers interested to participate to the shakedown has a entry fee increased of Euro 183,00 (€150,00+VAT). 4.6 Respect of the Road Code

Along the all racing route opened to the traffic, the teams have to maintain behaviours in conformity to the Road Code and to all dispositions in force in traffic matter, including the municipal rules and the eventual special ordinances of the City Police in the driven through places. In charge of the defaulting teams will be adopted the disciplinary actions forseen by National Sportive Regulation and its Appendix.

4.7 Assistance and Refuelling

During the Rally, assistance to a competing car can be carried out: a) Within the Service Parks (it is mandatory to provide at least one Service Park for each Rally Stage -

Characteristics of the service park see specific RDS; b) along the entire course of the race, with the exception of the sections identified by the Organizer to be

previously reported to the Supervisor during the inspection, and to be reported on the TTD, as well as on the Road Book as "prohibited assistance".

Competitors must scrupulously comply with the rules of the race officials in service at the entrance and exit of the service parks. For the duration of the Rally can operate a maximum of 2 assistance vehicles for each car played. These vehicles will be clearly identifiable by using special "assistance" plates issued by the organizer, which must be applied to the vehicles themselves in a clearly visible position. Other team vehicles (motorhomes, etc.) must be identified by "auxiliary" plates provided by the organizer. For all competitors, refueling is prohibited in service parks. Refueling is allowed only inside the service stations (only through the fuel distribution stations) that the organization will have identified and communicated to the competitors, or within refueling areas (refueling zones) properly equipped by the Organizer . Inside service stations cannot be carried out assistance operation. The control on the observance of this prohibition will be taken care of by race officiers. The refueling areas must be placed at the exit of the service park and, in any case, in the next 2 km, in addition to those in other areas of the route (remote refueling) that the organizer must provide based on the limited autonomy of the historic cars. All refueling areas must be included in the TDT and road book. The entry and exit of the refueling area(s) will be indicated by a blue background sign. Within the refueling zone, any operation not directly connected to refueling is prohibited; they will have access to refueling on foot. A speed limit of 5 km/h must be respected within the refueling area. During refueling operations the engines must be switched off. It is recommended that the crew does not remain on board during refueling operations; if this does not happen, the seat belts must not be connected and the doors must be opened. In the event of failure to start the car, it can be pushed out of the refueling area before performing restart operations. The refueling area must be well defined. Only the barriers are sufficient but they must guarantee complete isolation. The organizer must provide the presence of at least 2 race officers in the refueling area 4.7.1 Assistance Park Place: Bassano del Grappa – Viale Cristoforo Colombo Date: 25/09/2020 Access from 00:00 to 02:00 And/or Place: Bassano del Grappa – Viale Cristoforo Colombo Date: 25/09/2020 Access from 07:00 to 10:00 4.7.2 Refueling Place: Palazzetto dello Sport – Via Cà Dolfin, 127 – Bassano del Grappa Date: 26/09/2020 Access from 09:25 to 16:30 5. PROGRESS 5.1 Start Park NOT PROVIDED 5.2 Start Order The Organizer have to refer to Autostoriche RDS regulations to establish the start order. The starting order of the 2nd stage will be in ascending order. Race Director has the faculty to reposition the crews rentering in the race, and eventual repositioning for crew safety reasons that have had anomalous performances during the first stage. 5.3 Time-Keeping (Special Stages) The time-keeping will be taken at the tenth of second. 5.4 Official Time The Official Time of the race will be the one of the time signals UTC/GPS.

5.5 Park closed after the race end At the end of the race, the cars will have to be taken in the closed park organized in “Bassano Parquet” – Via T. Speri, 10 – Cassola (VI) from the 16:35 and here parked till the expiry terms of the claim presentation or till the opening of the closed park by the Race officers. The lack or late delivery of the cars in the closed park or their removal from the same without authorization will rise a sanction which can arrive to the exclusion from the classification. The closed park will not be patrolled by the organizer after its opening. 6. PENALTY The penalty will be as indicated in the RDS.

7. CLAIMS AND APPEALS 7.1 Claims

• Eventual claims have to be presented in the ways and terms indicated in the National Sports Roll. • The deposit to pay for each claim will be of Euro 350,00. • If the claim will be of technical nature to be paid a caution will have to be paid for the disassembly and re-

assembling which amount will be decided without appeal by the Sports Commissioners, after having consulted the Technical Commissioners on base of the tariff of the RDS.

• In the event of a technical complaint, the claimant must specify the details of the vehicle object of the claim and is required to provide all the documentation regarding the complaint itself.

• For anything not expressly indicated, please refer to the RSN, to the RDS historical cars and to the specific regulations approved by the respective championships or events.

• The decisions communicated by posting in the Official Race Roll will have value of notification in every respect.

7.2 Appeals Eventual appeals have to be presented in the way and terms as per General Rule The caution to be paid for each appeal will be of Euro 1500,00..

8. CLASSIFICATION General from which to draw the winners of: - Grouping (1° Group. - 2° Group. - 3° Group. – 4° Group. separate) ; - Group - Class; - Women; - Over 60 / Under 30 (excluded TTRS) - Team - Specials - In addition, the absolute winner of the race must be proclaimed on the basis of the best performance among all general regrouping rankings. All ranking must be in accordance with RSN. 9. PRIZE 9.1 Honour Prize - General Regrouping ranking: from 1st to 3rd classified team - Class ranking: to the first 3 positioned team - Women ranking: 1st positioned team - Team ranking: 1st positioned Team t - Other Prizes: to the first 3 positioned Mitropa Rally Cup Team

9.2 The prizes of the general classification and class rankings are not cumulative, so the winners of several rankings will be awarded only with the highest ranking prize. Any prizes made on the arrival stage will be made with only one podium consisting of either conductors or conductors and cars, winners of the four regrouping; the top position will be awarded to the rally's absolute winner, the other two podium positions will be awarded indifferently. 9.3 Depending on the timing and logistics availability, a podium of the top 3 classifications of each regrouping can be scheduled. 9.4 Award winners has to be present at the award ceremony. Drivers who do not attend the awards will lose the right to their assigned prizes without the classification being changed. 9.5 Notes TRZ Drivers listed in the Priority A and B lists could participate in Rally valid for TRZ. However, they will not get points for the Trophy, but will be counted in the formation of Regroupings, Groups and Classes. Participation in Rally valid for TRZ will not give to priority Drivers any chance of awarding points for the award of ACI-Sport's Titles, Trophies or Cups.
