Cancellation Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their attendance should notify us at least seven (7) days before the course start date. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the course start date will attract 10% of the full course fee. The purpose of the cancellation fee is to protect us from losses caused by non-attendance of participants. These losses include cost of training venue, logistics and other costs which will be incurred irrespective of participants’ attendance.

Participants who wish to attend the training at a later date should notify us in advance before the original start date. Course enrolment substitutions are allowed any time up till the course date. However, we require a written notification prior to the course start date.

In-House Courses

For convenience and cost-effectiveness, all our courses can also be delivered in-house, to clients. The client will be responsible for the venue, tea/coffee break, lunch, projector and a screen (or any suitable projection surface). In-house courses also provide an opportunity to customise/modify course curricula to suit specific requirements.

We target a minimum class size of 7 participants for in-house courses.

In-House Training

1. As soon as training dates have been agreed, clients are required to make full payment in order to confirm the dates.

2. In the event of cancellations, a cancellation fee of 10% of the course fee will apply. Wizer will refund the balance within 5 working days. This will apply where the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date.

3. When clients request for trainings to be rescheduled within a 3-month period from the initially agreed date, a rescheduling fee of 5% of the course fee will apply. A new invoice for this amount will be issued.
