• Members keep the confidential, confidential

• Members bring campus issues (real or imagined) to the Council

On decisions/recommendations• Attempt to reach consensus on

decisions/recommendations

• Realize that not all decisions/recommendations can be consensual

• Realize that the provost is accountable for every decision/recommendation coming from the Council
