Is there a statistical testing methodology that is compatible with the core elements of the statistical approaches of Fisher, Jeffreys, and Neyman?

Our profession has the opportunity to reach agreement on statistical testing methodology - providing a unification that would be wonderful for statistics and for science - by simultaneously employing the key ideas espoused by the above giants.
