This is our town. Like we use to say, it’s a paradise planted on the seaside. But let’s start our visit to Vila Praia de Âncora.

Here is the center of Vila Praia de Âncora.

It’s the busiest place in town and, as you can see, it’s a pretty cool outdoor place.

Let’s go to the beach, ok?

The walk along the beach is one of the best places to see the sea and our beautiful beach.

Our beach is one of the best places if you want to have fun and great moments.

If you walk a little bit, you will find the sea port.

Vila Praia de Âncora is a fishing town.

So is usual to see the fishermen in their boats.

Long time ago, we were attacked by pirates. So, the king built this fort to protect us.

Now, let’s climb a little.

In this mountain, there is a little chapel. And this little chapel has one of the most spectacular views of our town.

What can we say?

We present you Dolmen da Barrosa. Vila Praia de Âncora was populated by prehistoric people too.
