Once the intricate wax original is complete,a very complex system of moulds and casesare made which capture every roof tile,

every flower and every feature that has beenindividually created by the sculptor. Fromthese moulds the first casts are made fromAmorphite™ — a specially produced Gypsum material, which ensures every minutedetail can be clearly reproduced. Meanwhile, a team of artists will be working on theauthentic colouration of the final cottage.

Casts then pass to the painting studios, wherespecially trained artists bring each model tolife. After the cottage has been painted, anyspecial embellishments such as people oranimals are added. Every model undergoesrigorous quality checks at every stage of itsproduction, and only perfect models leave the studios.
