Supply & Installation of DEKO FG single glazed partition with a tested sound reduction property up to Rw 36dB

Deko FG single glazed partition with 10mm thick toughened glass. The panels are supported by Deko natural

anodized aluminium ground and ceiling profiles (AGGP) of 28x40mm (H) attached to the floor and suspended

false ceiling. On the vertical edges the glass panels are wrapped around with 30x24mm Vertical profiles (AGVP).

1 mmx 7mm Deko Certified proprietary factory finished silicon tape is used for glass to glass joints. The glass to

glass joints at the corners to have 90°corner Deko profile (AGHLA-90° - AGHLT-90°) and in the perpendicular

glass junction (T-junction) AGTT - AGLA profile is to be used.

Deko FG Single Glazed Partition Height - 2400mm to 3000mm

Frame: The Door opening shall be formed by custom FG40 aluminium door frames in natural anodized

finished. It should have Deko door frame of size 40 x 92mm. Single leaf Shutter: Providing of 40mm

thick Stile Shutter. The width of Door Frame will be 69mm with provisions for inserting glass and the

glass used in the system shall be 10mm toughened Glass with necessary acoustic gaskets.

Shutter: Providing and fixing 10 mm thick tempered glass shutter leaves fitted on glass door hinges.

The shutter shall have required cut-outs for fixing handles, locks and closers specified.

Provides Upto 36 db sound insulation tested at lab and upto 28 db at site conditions. Rw 44d

The system shall be double glazed partition with a profile width of 108 mm, Anodized Aluminium

mullions and transoms as per architectural drawings. The mullions/transoms if any shall have concealed

GI spine for true structural stability. The diaphragms shall be of clear Toughened glass of 10mm thickness

on both sides to arrest sound transmission. Glass to Glass joints are to be sealed with a 1 mmx 7mm

Deko certified proprietary factory finished silicon tape.

The 90 degree corners shall have required slim profiles at glass joints. The partitions above ceiling and

below Access floors are to be done separately
