We would like to honor our veter-ans by flying a flag in their honor or their memory on our flagpole. If you have an American flag at
home that you would like to lend to the parish in memory of or in honor of a loved one, please bring it to the rectory. We will fly it for one month and then re-turn the flag to you. The name of your loved one will appear in the bulletin for the month his or her flag is displayed.
Perpetual Adoration at Corpus Christi
We try to provide an atmosphere of quiet reflection in the Chapel. We invite every-one to pray silently before the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament when you come
for a visit. We thank all Guardians of the Eucharist for their love, fidelity, and commitment to Jesus in the Eucharist. We encourage you to get to know the guardians before and after you. Please try to be on time for your hour. The person before you may have another commitment and is counting on you to be on time.

All of the teenagers of the parish are invit-ed and encouraged to participate in this beautiful re-enactment of the events in the life of the lord from the Last Supper until his death on the cross. Practices are every Thursday night in the church from 7:00 PM till 8:15 PM.
ANNUAL VOTIVE CANDLES
Lighting candles is an honored tradition here at Corpus Christi and is really a much welcomed form of prayer. Votive or Vigil lights signify pray-er to God or one of the Saints on behalf of some-one, an intention, or our prayer for a deceased loved one, or ourselves. The candle keeps vigil, or watch, and continues day and night as a symbol of our ongoing prayer for the intention or the person.
Many people light a candle every week, but don’t always get around to it for whatever reason. If that someone is you, you may wish to consider participating in the Corpus Christi Annual Votive Candle Program.
A donation of $100 will ensure that a Votive Candle will burn daily in Corpus Christi Church for 52 week to memorialize your intention. Dona-tions can be made at anytime during the year at the Rectory office.
