ORDERING INFORMATION■ We accept orders in writing only. Verbal confirmations are not accepted. Orders are required to be submitted in writing via email or fax. If you do not receive any acknowledgement from us within 1 business day of sending your Order, we recommend you to contact us and confirm receipt of your Purchase Order.

■ Submit order changes in writing and confirm with your account representative before submitting it. Changes cannot be made once the order is turned into production. Any changes in the order might affect Ship date.

■ Minimum Order Quantity Restrictions apply to all products and vary for different products. Less than minimum charge is applicable to orders below MOQ.

PRODUCTION TIMEProduction time starts from the next business day after art proof and terms are approved. Any changes in the order might affect Ship date. We will hold a Purchase Order for up to 3 weeks with notice for delays in receiving approvals.

CANCELLED ORDERSCancellations must be sent in writing via fax or e-mail. Cancellation fees of $150 apply to all orders that have art-approval but are not turned into production. All other cancelled orders will be charged based on the expenses at the date of cancellation.

SAMPLES Non working samples are available for free and are shipped using the distributor’s shipping account number. All other samples are billed accordingly. Samples are shipped within 1-2 business days of order and payment receipt and based on sample availability. For sample return, please ask for a return number before sending the items back. This process is to ensure proper tracking of the return samples and timely credit. We issue credit on return samples only if they are sent in their original packaging with all the accessories and are in working condition. We need to receive the samples within 30 days of Purchase. Some of our items do not qualify under ‘No Obligation Sample List’. Please check with your sales rep before returning samples.

IMPRINT & ARTWe accept Vector art in .eps, .ai or a .pdf format. Raster Images, hand sketches, camera ready art etc. are not accepted. Precise details such as PMS color codes, placement of logo on the unit should be clearly mentioned in the Purchase Order. We are not responsible for art/typesetting errors after art-proof approval. Along with spot color imprint, we take care of 4-color process imprint as well. Depending on the material of the item, we also do Embossing, Debossing, Laser Engraving. Before turning in your order for production, we send you an art proof for your approval. We are not responsible for any misprints that are already approved in an art-proof. Therefore, we recommend to check the artproof thoroughly before approving it. If there are changes to an artwork, please submit them in writing via fax or e-mail and ask your sales rep for a revised art-proof. It is strongly advisable to get an art-proof of the final artwork submitted. The ship date would be delayed if there are delays in art proof approval.

SET-UPWe offer free set-up on most of our products for up to 1-2 color imprint.

DATALOAD / AUTORUN FILES We can pre-load the USBdrives with word processing documents, .pdf files, video and audio files, images, or programs. We also have the necessary facility for loading AutoRun Files on the USB Drives that open up automatically when the end-user plugs in the drive.

SHIPPINGOrders are normally shipped via Ground Service, unless otherwise noted. Once shipping has left our factory, carrier is responsible for that shipment. Any return for damages must be filed with the carrier.
