Rich Wagner - CEO and Founder– 25 years of card experience in delivering innovation to the payments industry in both UK and US markets.

Robin Dear – Finance Director– 25 years of experience managing finance functions including 10 years in Director level roles. His career has already

spanned a company turnaround for a small start up to a head finance role with Citibank.

Najlaa Taqi Eddin– Marketing Director– 16+ years of consumer financial services experience both in the UK and US. Najlaa has held a number of senior director

level positions in the UK including Marketing Director, Managing Director, and has been an FSA approved person for over 8 years. She has worked for a number of Blue Chip companies including Providian Financial, Barclaycard and GE Money; as well as successfully setting up and managing a start-up company in the UK which sold for a 20% premium.

Paul Schooley – Pricing and Risk Director– 15+ years experience in the US and UK , holding senior roles in credit, risk and pricing optimisation for unsecured

payment products. Through Data Mining and Segmentation, Paul has facilitated significant revenue growth working for companies such as NatWest, Providian and GE Capital

Jim Jones – Non-Executive Chairman– 30+ years of card experience including President and Vice Chairman roles at Providian. He currently holds a number of

board roles and past board positions including a seat on the Visa USA Board of Directors.

Stephen B. Galasso - Non-Executive Director– 20 years of card experience including the CEO of Bank of America's Credit Card Company and recently held position of

Chairman and CEO at Netspend, one of the most successful and profitable prepaid companies and is presently a non-exec director for Account Now a successful online prepaid issuer in the US
