I have received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, which has provided me the basic knowledge to the different avenues of the IT industry. I also have taken it upon myself to continue to study to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies. From previous experience, I have customer service skills that allow me to effectively work with others, accomplish tasks, and create solutions to problems that have arose. I am open to learning and using new software and technology that challenge my knowledge. I see that some of the positions require presentation and training skills, I feel as though I possess those. Before graduating I presented my senior project, a data analytics report, to the department head receiving an A. I have also served as a tutor for the “Computers in Society” class so I know I feel comfortable walking clients through processes via email and/or phone plus following up with support as needed.
