Conditions Of Entry * All entrants & competitors are requested to read these conditions and ensure that

they are adhered to. * The committee reserves the right to remove from the grounds or from the ring any

competitor/ exhibitor, displaying unsportsmanlike behaviour.

The committee shall not be responsible for the loss of, or any damage or injury

occasioned to any exhibit or to the property of the exhibitor from any cause

whatsoever.

Where height is stipulated a current E.F.A or R.A.S height certificate will be accepted,

but, the committee reserves the right to measure any horse or pony if the owners do not

hold a current height certificate.

The committee reserves the right to change, add or delete to the program as

deemed necessary.

There will be NO REFUNDS on any unused tickets.

In all age-restricted events, the competitors are not permitted to compete outside

their respective age groups. Proof of aged MUST be produced if required.

No exhibit is allowed to enter the ring once judging has commenced.

Classes will NOT be held up, therefore, Competitors are asked to be careful when

choosing their rings.

Ridden horses must proceed at a walk when within the grounds, unless in a designated

ring or warm-up area.

Any protest or dispute must be submitted to the show committee within 15minutes

of judging accompanied by $20 cash deposit, to be forfeited if dispute is not

upheld.

In the event of any protest or dispute competitors may be required to provide; Proof of

age, Proof of registration, Membership/ horse registration or association, to prove

Validity.

No Dogs, stallions or Rigs permitted on grounds

Novice means never winning a first place at any Open Horse Show.

Pony / Riding Club Supreme led, rider & ridden will be judged at the completion of

both club rings.

Winner of Champion in one ring is NOT eligible to enter in similar class in other

rings.

Those competing in Ridden show hunter events ARE NOT eligible for Open ridden

events and Vice Versa.

Led & Child’s classes are open to ALL exhibits (Open Ridden & Hunter Ridden)

Newcomer classes to be ridden in a snaffle

The Supreme Led Exhibit will be judged at commencement of the lunchbreak in

Ring 3 at approx. 12.30pm.

Supreme Ridden Exhibit, Supreme ridden Hunter Exhibit and Supreme Rider

will be held at the completion of all Open Rings.

Lunging only permitted in dedicated Lunging areas as per the site map enclosed.

The judge’s decision is final, and no discussion will be entered in to. Under no

circumstances is a competitor to approach any of the judges.
