Hawk Eye Digital Cameras

Thieving Nun

Headline:

"Chances of capturing a nun up to no good?”

Sub-Headline:

“It's a long shot."

Photograph:

A Sprawling long shot of a beautiful Catholic church: Alter, pews, organ, and stained glassed windows all seen from the front entrance of the church.

Sunday mass has ended and everyone has been ushered into the gymnasium for coffee and crumpets. Only one person remains behind, a resident nun who snuck back in. This sister stands up on the pulpit, a tiny figure in the shot. It's difficult to distinguish what she might be up to.

Zoomed-In Medium Close-Up on SISTER AGATHA.

Agatha – 51, chubby with shifty eyes – has been questioning her faith as of late. Her discontent has lead to a recent spree of self-destructive behaviour. She looks over her shoulder to make sure that the coast is clear. She holds the broad golden collection plate in one hand and her robes in the other. She cunningly empties half of the plate's contents into her robe.

Hawk Eye Digital Camera's new X3 Digital Zoom. Catch a moment quick and zoom in on it later.

You don't always have time - or the telescopic lens - to zoom in, pan, tilt, and focus. By the time the camera is set, the moment has passed. When you catch some action out of the corner of your eye, a wide angle lens and a quick trigger finger is often your only option. A long shot captures everything... unfortunately, fine details can be lost.

Hawk Eye Digital Cameras are built with a 24 Megapixel full-frame digital sensor as well as the option to shoot completely RAW without data compression. Our proprietary in-camera digital processing allows for additional image sharpening after zooming in up to 5 times an image's original size, with results 35mm film could never match.
