Dear Prospective Member:
We invite you to consider the exciting features that our memberships have to offer. Copper Point has been the back-‐yard playground for many of our guests and families for over 11 years and we are very pleased with the positive feedback we receive regarding the opening of our new 18-‐hole Ridge Golf Course in 2008. The opening of the Copper Point Resort in 2011, a 173 room world class hotel with extensive amenities, makes Copper Point a world class golf resort in the Windermere Valley. The Golf Club, again this year, received Trip Advisor’s Certificate of Excellence!
Copper Point Golf Club is proud to be an Integrated Partner with Nike Golf Canada, is privately owned and operated, and we are pleased to introduce our three unique and exclusive membership options;
1) Corporate Membership 2) Equity Membership 3) Non-‐Equity Membership
The terms and conditions of our memberships do not allow any assessments for improvements to the club. One of the features of our membership is that it is transferable in accordance with the Club rules and regulations and that the majority of the sales proceeds are retained by the owner of the membership. The owner can sell the membership with a transfer fee of 25% of the purchased price, up to a maximum of $10,000.
Copper Point Golf Club is one of the leading golf destinations in the country; excellent facilities, professional staff and outstanding service make us a “must-‐play” in the Columbia Valley.
Corporate Membership Exclusive Opportunity Corporate Membership Features:
• 4 transferable membership cards issued to the Title holder • Selection of tee times at both golf courses, the original Point Course and the new Ridge
Course • Unlimited golf to be used at either course • 4 Corporate Lockers and Club Storage • Guest privileges and special rates • Booking privileges prior to the general public • Member social events, functions and tournaments • No Food & Beverage minimums • No restrictions on number of rounds played • Unlimited Driving Range privileges • Charging privileges • 30% discount on soft goods in the Golf Shop • 10% discount on hard goods in the Golf Shop • 10% discount on food items in The View Restaurant • Use of amenities at Copper Point Resort (fitness facility, pools and hot tubs) • Annual hole sign advertisement on The Point Course • Corporate plaque located in the Private Board/Meeting Room • Preferred rates at Copper Point Resort

The Non – Equity Membership is non transferable and cannot be sold. It however can be used as a deposit, at a later date, to upgrade to either the Equity or the Corporate Membership.
Copper Point Resort, conveniently located next to the first green of The Ridge Course, offers groups up to 275 delegates a unique variety of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces such as: a 3,200 sq ft meeting room with natural lighting and attached outdoor patio, a 2,300 sq ft open-‐concept ballroom overlooking The Ridge Golf Course and a 955 sq ft boardroom that exemplifies the pinnacle of CEO excellence.
With amazing scenery, unique meeting spaces, on-‐site spa and two world class golf courses in The Point Course and The Ridge Course few venues offer the charm of Copper Point!
