Copenhagen to Stockholm – Baltic Sea Golf Cruise
1 July to 16 July 2020 from US$5,243 pp twin share (+ Euro 1,000 to 3,525 pp golf supplement)
Trendsetter Travel & Cruise Centre welcomes you joining us on this spectacular 11 night
Copenhagen to Stockholm cruise, including 2 nights pre cruise in Copenhagen and 2 nights post
cruise in Stockholm. Our tour includes up to 10 games of golf and you can choose which games of
golf you wish to play, whether this is just 1 game or all 10 games. Golf includes play at the two top
ranked golf courses in Sweden and the # 1 ranked courses in Denmark, Finland and Estonia. You also
have the opportunity to play both of St Petersburg’s recently opened championship standard golf
courses. In addition, our tour
offers golf in Germany and
Poland and an additional
game on another top 5 ranked
golf course in Sweden.
Our home-away-from home,
the 848 guest Crystal
Symphony, was substantially
refurbished in 2017, and is a
luxury ship offering the
highest standards with
complimentary select fine
wines and premium spirits, unlimited wifi, inclusive of gratuities, superb culinary experiences in both
the main and specialty restaurants, and excellent enrichment and entertainment possibilities. Our
tour is timed perfectly to experience the long daylight hours of the Baltic ports when the sun will not
set until after 10 pm at all ports. This makes for excellent cruising each evening while dining at
magnificent restaurants on board Crystal Symphony or eating off the ship in both Copenhagen and
Sweden, two of the most scenically attractive cities in Europe.
What could be more enjoyable
than sightseeing, and swinging
your clubs, in some of Europe’s
most beautiful ports? Golfers
with non-playing partners can
enjoy their games, knowing those
partners are having an equally
fine time checking out the sights,
or relaxing onboard. Even with a
golf option, there is still plenty of
time to enjoy the various ports
with long shore days. As a single or a couple you will have a fine time on this fabulous cruise
itinerary. For a limited time only, singles can have their own stateroom at a premium of from 27.1%
over the share twin pp room rate.
Apart from your cruise fare, our 4 night pre and post-cruise hotel component costs Euro 1,000 pp on
a share twin basis. This package includes breakfast, transfers to and from hotel to ship, welcome
drinks and our farewell dinner with drinks. The golf is priced from Euro 225 pp/round and includes
shared motorised cart, green fees, coach transfers, prize money and complimentary drinks post golf.
Unique among the world’s luxury golf cruise operators, we structure our golf programmes to satisfy
those golf enthusiasts who can never play enough golf and also those who wish to play selective golf
games and leave some time to explore the many interesting places our cruise will visit. Our highly
inclusive golf programmes are priced at less than half the cost of our international luxury cruise ship
competitors.
Our Crystal cruise includes:
Complimentary beverages
In-suite dining
24 hour room service
Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi
Return transportation pier to town
US$200 pp on-board credit
and much, much more

Itinerary
Day 1– Wednesday 1 July 2020 – Copenhagen
Arrive independently in Copenhagen and
transfer by own arrangements to our well
located 4/5 star Copenhagen hotel.
Copenhagen is an attractive port city, the
capital of Denmark and the centre of most
government and commercial activity.
Meet this evening for tour hosted welcome
drinks.
Inclusions: Evening welcome drinks and
accommodation
Day 2 – Thursday 2 July 2020 – Copenhagen – Golf
Today we travel north over the spectacular Oresund Bridge linking Denmark with Malmo, Sweden’s
3rd largest city. The bridge was opened in 2000 and is 16 km in length and includes a 4 km tunnel.
Apart from enjoying this fascinating drive experience we will play Falsterbo Golf Club, the region’s
number one course, the 2nd ranked golf course in Sweden and the only true links course in this part
of the world. Falsterbo Golf Club was founded in 1909 and is located at the extreme southern tip of
Sweden.
For those not golfing, there is an opportunity to independently explore Copenhagen – noting
daylight hours are 4.30 am to 10.00 pm.
Golf – Falsterbo Golf Club. Golf today is subject to a price surcharge of Euro 40 pp. There are
limited motorised golf carts and use requires a medical certificate.
Inclusions: accommodation, breakfast and golf
Day 3 – Friday 3 July 2020 – Board Crystal Serenity – Overnight in Copenhagen
Many may choose a relaxing morning in Copenhagen prior to boarding Crystal Symphony in the early
afternoon. However, for the golf enthusiasts, there is a chance to golf this morning at The New
Course at The Scandanavian Golf Club with a transfer following golf direct to Crystal Symphony. For
non-golfers today, you should make your own way independently to the Copenhagen Cruise
terminal to board at your convenience or transfer with the golf group to the cruise terminal.
Crystal Symphony berths overnight in Copenhagen.
Golf: The New Course at The Scandanavian Golf Club is Denmark’s #1 ranked course and in the top
30 European courses. Built by Robert Trent Jones Jr in 2010, it is less than 30 minutes drive from our
hotel. Following golf and refreshments in the magnificent clubrooms, we will be transfer to Crystal
Symphony via our hotel to collect our luggage (and pick up any non-golfers in our tour party). There
is a Euro 60 pp green fee surcharge at The New Course.
Day 4 – Saturday 4 July 2020 – Copenhagen – depart 6 pm
Today is free to independently explore
Copenhagen, perhaps participating on one
of the many ship’s tours. We depart
Copenhagen in the early evening offering
spectacular views of the waterways
surrounding Denmark, Southern Sweden
and the many islands that pepper the Baltic
Sea.
Day 5 – Sunday 5 July 2020 – Warnemunde – Germany – in port from 7 am to 9 pm - Golf
Today we berth in Warnemunde, the port for Berlin. While the drive to Berlin takes 3 hours, a visit
to Berlin is still an attractive option particularly for those who have never visited Berlin. Berlin is one
of the most interesting cities in Europe with a famous history and many fascinating sights,
particularly since the fall of the Berlin Wall and subsequent reunification of East and West Germany
Golf: Play today is on the Eikhof Championship Course at Ostee Golf Resort at Wittenbeck, a 35
minute drive out of Warnemunde. Following our return from golf, there is still plenty of time to visit
the port and the nearby port city of Rostov as we don’t depart until 9.00 pm
Day 6 – Monday 6 July 2020 – Gdnyia – Poland – in port 1 pm to 9 pm - Golf
We berth this afternoon in the Polish port city of Gdnyia. Gdnyia grabbed the world’s attention in
September 1939 as it was the main Polish city in the Polish Corridor, the narrow strip of land which
separated Germany from East Prussia. It was quickly invaded at the start of the World War II.
Golf: Today there is an opportunity to play the
highly rated Sierra Golf Club, designed by
British architect, Cameron Sinclair. It is
a 30 minute drive from the cruise terminal.
Day 7 – Tuesday 7 July 2020 – Sea Day
Day 8 – Wednesday 8 July 2020 – Helsinki – Finland – in port 8 am to 6 pm - Golf
Helsinki is a fascinating city to explore either independently or on a ship’s tour. The city and its
shopping precinct is but a short walk from where Crystal Symphony will berth. There are two
military history museums worth visiting to experience Finland’s turbulent past including its famous
Winter War with Russia in late 1939/early 1940 when Finland put up a heroic defence following its
unprovoked attack by Russia.
Golf: Today we travel 60 minutes north of Helsinki to play the # 1 course in Finland, Kytaja Golf Club
- South East Course, for a shotgun start. Kytaja has a Euro 25 pp green fee surcharge.
Day 9 – Thursday 9 July 2020 – St Petersburg – in port from 7 am – Golf
Crystal Symphony spends 3 full days berthed in St Petersburg allowing plenty of opportunity to visit
the sites of this city and the opportunity to play one or both of St Petersburg’s recently constructed
18 hole championship golf courses.
St Petersburg is one of Europe’s most
famous cities, once home to the Russian
Czar. There are many famous palaces,
none more impressive than the Hermitage,
and now one of the world’s leading art
galleries. To visit St Petersburg, you will
need a Russian Visa (Trendsetter Travel can
assist the organisation of your Visa). Non
golfers may elect to visit St Petersburg on a
ship’s tour with a more simple special
ship’s visa.
Golf: Today we play Petrohof Golf Club, a 45 minute drive from where our ship is berthed.
Day 10 – Friday 10 July 2020 – St Petersburg - Golf
Golf: Today we play Gorki Golf Club, a 75 minute drive from where our ship is berthed. Opened in
September 2015, this is a links style course with pleasant club rooms to relax in after our round.
Day 11 – Saturday 11 July 2020 – St Petersburg – depart port 7 pm
Today is a free day in St Petersburg to
explore St Peterburg at your leisure or join
one of the many ships tours (the adjoining
image is of The Hermitage).
Day 12 – Sunday 12 July 2020 – Tallinn – Estonia – in port 8 am to 6 pm - Golf
For many, Estonia is a new country to visit. Within walking distance of the cruise terminal, is the
historic city of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. This medieval town centre is a must to visit for those
not golfing.
Golf: Today we drive 40 minutes from the port through the Estonian countryside to play Niitvalja
Golf Club, one of Estonia’s expanding number of golf clubs. It has been voted the # 1 course in
Estonia for the past 3 years.
Day 13 – Monday 13 July 2020 – Stockholm in port 8.00 am (Overnight) - Golf
Stockholm is the capital of Sweden and one of the loveliest cities in Europe. It features a beautiful
harbour dotted with many islands.
Golf: After a leisurely breakfast, we coach
less than 30 minutes to Ullma Golf Club,
the Jack Nicklaus re-designed (2013) course
and host of many European PGA tour
events, including the 1985 event won by
Australia’s own Ian Baker-Finch. Currently
ranked in the top 5 golf courses in Sweden
and with Bro Hof Slott, it is one of the top
2 golf courses in Stockholm. A surcharge of
Euro 75 pp applies.
Day 14 – Tuesday 14 July 2020 – disembark from 8 am - Stockholm
For those taking the Stockholm extension, you will be transferred by coach to one of Stockholm’s
leading 4 to 5 star hotels and have a free day to explore the wonderful city of Stockholm. This may
include walking down to the historic Gamla Stan section of the city or visiting the interesting ABBA
museum. Alternatively, just walking around the city is a great experience with the many outdoor
cafes to enjoy a coffee, beer or wine. You are visiting Stockholm at the best time and can expect day
time temperatures in the mid 20 degree range with daylight hours extending until after 10 pm.
Inclusions: coach transfer from ship to hotel and overnight accommodation
Day 15 – Wednesday 15 July 2019 – Stockholm – Golf
For the non-golfers, today is a second day for independent exploration. Tonight we have our
farewell dinner, including pre-dinner drinks and wine during dinner hosted by Trendsetter Travel.
Golf – Bro Hoff Slott is just over a 30 minute drive and its Stadium Course is the number # 1 ranked
course in Sweden (and in the top 20 ranked European courses). Opened in 2007, it was designed by
Robert Trent Jones Jr and is centred around the renovated Bro Hoff Castle. This is a wonderful golf
finale to our tour. A Euro 75 pp surcharge applies.
Inclusions: accommodation, breakfast, golf and dinner (including drinks)
Day 16 – Thursday 16 July 2020
Your tour finishes after breakfast.
