I have had many positive comments from parents and teachers about how well behaved and supportive of each other our students are. It is a pleasure to be part of this wonderful school community and these sentiments are also expressed by all staff. Thank you to all the staff and parents who attended and helped make the carnival such a big success. Special congratulations to our 22 students who will go on to represent the Valley of Small Schools (VOSS) at the district swimming carnival to be held on Thursday 21st February. Well done everyone! (see photos attached) Library day will be Tuesday for all students in years 1-6, and will begin this week. Each class teacher will be taking some time to allow your child to borrow and return books while Geoff is away. Kindergarten library day is Wednesday. Please bring a bag to keep books protected from drink bottle spills. Ukulele commenced last Friday. Stukulele provides a fun and easy-to-learn lesson each week to all students in our school. Students learn basic chords, single notes and some of the upper grades learn to read some music. By the end of the year our students are ready to perform some tunes for you to enjoy. The Kindergarten students have settled in extremely well and the buddies have done an excellent job at supporting them. Well done Kindy kids and buddies. We had a lot of lost property last year, so could I ask for all items to be labelled. Lunch boxes, drink bottles, small containers, lids, jumpers etc etc etc. It makes it much easier for us to return items to their owners. Dear Coorabell Parents and Teachers,

My daughter Remy is in Year 5 at Coorabell and as she is a budding writer and artist, we've decided to set up a small business writing and illustrating children's books together!

It would be amazing if you could spend 5 minutes filling out a quick and easy survey about your book buying habits. Please find the link below.
