“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36). Today’s students are bombarded with subtle, and not so subtle, choices that are bent on destroying their generation. Loosening the enemy’s grip will require leaders with knowledge of, and who are able to operate in, the power of the Spirit.

Communication Among Leadership Ossie Mills
Executive Vice President for University Advancement, Oral Roberts University Leadership is not an entitled position and cannot be assigned. Leadership is simply earned over time and, depending upon the field of endeavor, can be public or private. The pivotal key to being an effective leader is highly reliant upon how we communicate and the perception we leave through our communication. This session will highlight and reveal the foundational principles of effective leadership.
E21: GENERATIONS: MODELS THAT WORK Founders Inn: Amphitheater
Spiritual Fathering Wellington Boone
Senior Pastor of The Father’s House, Norcross, Georgia Spiritual fathering is a vital leadership model for both spiritual and natural fathers. Once we commit ourselves to becoming like Jesus, this generation will begin to turn around.
E21: EMPOWERED WORSHIP IN THE 21ST CENTURY Founders Inn:
Virginia Ballroom
The Songs God Loves Craig Dunnagan
Vice President of Music Publishing and Worship Resources at Integrity Music In this session, we’ll explore Biblical models of worship planning. As worship leaders one of our primary responsibilities is to create, craft and curate the song lists for corporate worship. However, we so often just plan to sing what we like or what is popular. Scripture and the New Testament specifically give us patterns for planning and selecting our songs and the flow of worship regardless of the style or liturgy of our individual church. We’ll look into these models and discuss how they apply to our lives as ministers and how it can inspire Psalmists among us.

A Manifesto on Discipleship for the 21st Century Jonathan Martin
Senior Pastor of Renovatus Community, Charlotte, NC Spirit-empowered churches across the United States are being challenged to evaluate their discipleship process. What role does the Holy Spirit have in Disciple making? What methods are most appropriate in our 21st century environment? What can we learn from our mistakes? How can we move our local churches toward an outcome based discipleship model that will produce the Spirit-empowered believers we long to see? Pastor Martin will examine a beginning point for the journey toward effective Spirit-empowered discipleship called the Discipleship Manifesto.

Co-founders of Dynamis World Ministries, Lancaster, PA The Full Gospel of Jesus Christ must be preached under the Power of the Holy Ghost, and it touches man through Salvation, Healing and Deliverance. This is the pattern that we see in the Book of Acts. The Gospel must be preached with Signs Following even in our day because although the world may have changed, the Lord Jesus, His Word, and the Holy Ghost have not changed. Young people these days are tired of the status quo and they hunger for a return to True Christianity and Pentecost as in the Book of Acts!
