• The web server with JSON RPC2.0 provides a new „web data interface“ for an
easy access of web server information e.g.:
• process data (value of variables)
• information regarding status and diagnosis of the CPU (partly)
• „response“ of the CPU web server in JSON format
Benefit of the function
• „State of the art“ deployment of user defined web pages
• Using JSON as a web conform data format for an easy coupling to web data
consumers e.g. MES systems, SCADA systems
• Using JSON as a stable data format for the access to web server information, this
means that e.g. after a firmware update adjusting of code in the web client (e.g. Java
script code) is not necessary.
• Spare part compatibility is guaranteed because the new web data interface can be
