3. Data Forms
There data forms shall be consider all requirements of the
specifications
The requirements of the Contractor must be considered
The finalisation of the data forms as per project schedule is
currently to late
A list of all required data forms have to be developed
The responsible persons have to be defined
There must be a clear dead line for each form to be
finalised
Data Forms
For all kind of data forms are needed to provide the complete
and correct data.

4. Data Collection & Delivery
Priority 1:
Data to be collected for the trial area (Data of system
functionality relevance)
Priority 2:
Data to be collected for all other areas (Data only as
information)
Recommendation:
The trial area should be defined on the availability
of data for the area
completes of all fields to be documented on the system
Data should be collected in accordance to the schedule
The priorities should be only reflected on the schedule
The data collection should be complete and not partial
