EPR & PR RULESAn important component of loyalty is knowing who you’re working with. To help homeowners make the right choice, we ask that all Elite Preferred & Preferred Remodelers agree to the following:

Commitment to market & sell James Hardie® siding exclusively on full re-sides (EPR)

Must not participate in any other fiber cement siding manufacturer's benefit, reward, credit or similar contractor program (EPR & PR)

24 Months in business as the same company under the same name (EPR & PR)2years

Active website with extensive James Hardie content (EPR & PR)JH

Primary business must be derived from Single Family, Residential Repair and Replacement work (EPR & PR)

• New attachment rate qualifications go into effect July 1, 2015 (based on previous 6-Month average).

• NOTE: For those companies that have not yet achieved the re-side volume threshold for the 2015 Membership Year, volume will be based on calendar year 2014 job tracker data.
