Plan A What Happens If? Plan B

Location - Doing a contingency plan is very important for the planning for our TV Avert so if there is any problems in filming in the Technology room we will always have a back up plan just in case the room was occupied It is really important for all for people who makes a TV advert have a contingency plan so they can have a back up plan if the location does not enough plugs or if the right equipment don't fit in the ideal room. Our location that the group has decided fir filming is the Technology room as it is an idea room with all the projects.

If the location was occupied and there was not enough room for filming

If the location is occupied and there is not enough room for filming then we would decide to film in the Atrium room since it will have the space for filming and is generally free. We also have done a Recce for the atrium as well so we would be ready for filming if the original location did not work out.

Equipment -The equipment I would be using is the Cannon HD Legria and the tripod. Also the MACʼs and IMovie.

If the equipment was broken or unavailable at that time.

If the equipment is broken or something is wrong with the equipment I can replace the camera and tripod with other equipment that is available to school which the school as a variety of camera and tripod and many more equipment. I will have to deal with the issue of the equipment later but I do have other equipment that will replace it.

Bad weather: SInce we are filming in the technology room bad weather wouldn’t be a problem. However if we could decide to film in our back option in the benches by Ashcroft

Bad weather occurs such as raining, lightning, Snow.

If there is bad weather then I will use the back up choice of the location of he library

Attendance: My team mates of Sarah and Shaunice and I have to be attending to all lesson and filming.

If someone has not attended to the lesson.

When someone has not attended to a lesson then we will have to use our understudy (a back up actor or actress) or have to reschedule for another time for filming.

Sound issues: For sound we have decided to do a voice over for the video as well as taking some of voice recording that we filmed our adverts on

If the sound recording got deleted or missing. Or if the voice over was not working properly.

f there are any issues with sound, I can replace the equipment by collecting a microphone from the media department just to resolve the situation.

Time: We have certain to make sure that the filming was done at a certain amount of time so that we had enough time for editing and evaluation

If we took to long filming and have spent a lot of time of pre production

If there is not much time left then the other people in my group can do multiple shots so that there isn't one person doing just the filming. Also if we need more people for filming we could ask the media students to help us.

Lighting issue; The light of the filming has to be at the right amount so that you can see the footage at high definition

If the location had lack of light.

when the location has lack of light, we could either go to our back up location of the atrium as it is known to have the best lighting or get a lamp from the photography room.
