Introduction Coastside View Guesthouse is a 4 star beach villa situated in the heart of the Atlantic

coastal plain in Camps Bay and offers its guests luxurious accommodation along, with

a wide variety of holiday activities. Coastside view was built strictly as a beach villa that

is meant to accommodate international tourists vacating the Cape during the holiday

season because, many like to travel within this region in Southern Africa which is

considered to be the most popular tourist destination in the country. The guesthouse

not only offers luxurious accommodation but also an unforgettable experience to its

visitors with a provided tour to the Cape Wine Routes in Franshoek and surrounding

areas such as, Stellenbosch. Coastside view Guesthouse also offers visitors a cruise on

one of its yachts situated in the V/A Waterfront.

The main idea of building a guesthouse villa that offers more than just accommodation

is to create a brand that is known for enhancing the tourist’s experience at every

sensory point, look, feel, touch, taste, and smell.

Concept The main concept is about creating a website that will appeal to international tourists by

providing the necessary information at the same time creating an idea in their minds of an

experience to look forward to using an imagery layout for each web page.

Basically the website was designed to effect all the sensory points of its visitors such as the

following;

a. The look and feel is very important from the types of colors and house they

are used for each of the elements on the web pages which, is the main

reason why we choice to use the sky light blue color for the background

because, it reminds the viewer of the beach and beautiful summer weather

the area has to offer.

b. The smell and taste which are also considered to be main points of

attraction especially when it comes to things like the breakfast menu and

other meals in between that our chefs have to offer.
