The certification accredits the management system and service processes in accordance with quality requirements that frame Alfridomsa's commitment to continue operating under highly competitive standards, in favor of society and its customers. “In an increasingly globalized market, quality is an essential strategic factor. Once again, we have completed the processes of implementing our quality system under ISO 9001-2015, with which we continue to strengthen our management commitment based on organization, responsibility and quality, ”said Gina Victoriano, administrative director of Alfridomsa. Each of these actions is framed by Alfridomsa's commitment to improvements in performance, differentiation and competitive strength in the market, as well as access to new customers. Victoriano said that "for this work, it is essential to have the involvement of all the company's staff, which incorporates the essence of the norm daily: plan, execute, verify and act." Alfridomsa also has the BASC (Business Alliance for Secure Commerce) Certification, that of Authorized Economic Operators (OAS). The firm is a member of the WCA Perishables of the Dominican Agribusiness Board (JAD), the American Chamber of Commerce, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, the Dominican Association of Air and Maritime Cargo Agents (Adacam), as well as the Ecotourism Cluster of Constance, among others.
