/e#bers of the 0ational 'sse#bl%, whose nu#ber #ust not ecee! >ve hun!re! an! sevent%-seven, shall be electe! b% !irect su$rae.

 The enate, whose #e#bers #ust not ecee! three hun!re! an! fort%-eiht, shall be electe! b%in!irect su$rae. The enate shall ensure the re(resentation of the territorial co##unities of the;e(ublic.

'n &nstitutional 'ct shall !eter#ine the ter# for which each Eouse is electe!, the nu#ber of its#e#bers, their allowances, the con!itions of eliibilit% an! the ter#s of !is@uali>cation an! ofinco#(atibilit% with #e#bershi(.
