Hi, I'm Marki Lemons-Ryhal and I provide Social Media Education and Strategies to
REALTORS.
I’m serious about education! I earned a MBA degree from Saint Xavier University
and have over 50 certifications, designations and licenses in social media and real
estate. Today, I travel the country teaching social media courses for the National
Association REALTORS®, REBAC, ASI and others. My 100,000 plus students consist-
ently rank me 5 out of 5 as an instructor due to my knowledge and entertaining
training style .
With over 25 years of marketing experience, Marki Lemons-Ryhal has established
herself as an award-winning Social Media Speaker and Course Author. In a market
where change is the only constant factor, Marki uses her dynamic, professional
attitude and vast experience to be one of the top speakers in the country relying on
content from one of the several real estate continuing education classes she has
authored.
Bruce is the author of the groundbreaking book on business strategies for real estate Agents
entitled “Seven Styles. How to Design Your Real Estate Career of Success and Significance”. He
is also a co-author of “Thrive, How Realtors Can Succeed In A Down Market”, and “Unlocked.
Revealing The Eight Secrets of Highly Efficient Sales Professionals”.
He is focused on helping real estate Agents and Brokerages build careers and businesses of
Power, Purpose and Profit, and he is dedicated to changing the way our industry talks about
how to succeed in real estate.
He is a native of New Jersey and moved to Colorado in 1981. He enjoys the outdoors and the
Rocky Mountains. He is an avid hiker, backpacker, amateur photographer and a cook.

Experienced international presenter, instructor, and keynote special-
ist, Rich Sands specializes in helping people master their sales skills in
any situation. His flagship presentations, “The Other Side of Peak Per-
formance,” and “Primo Presentations” integrate the key practices
needed to engage and impress consumers of all kinds.
Presently, he is President of Rich Sands Seminars and works closely
with international franchise systems and independent brokerages. As
a NAR/REBAC and Certified CRS instructor, he conducts dozens of
courses each year for the National Association of REALTORS® and
Council of Residential Specialists.
While Peak Performance is Rich’s passion, it is not the only one. He
began running in 1966, ran collegiately and continues to “pound the
pavement and the trails” having competed in over 500 races including
17 marathons and logging over 109,000 miles. The next challenge is
the Ultra Marathon.
Nathan Perry - CMU Assistant Professor
Nathan Perry is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Colorado Mesa University. His research
focus is in money and banking and local economic issues. "Natural Amenities and Their Impact on
Home Values. Mr. Perry has done extensive research on the natural amenities surrounding our
beautiful valley and how they impact the values of Real Estate in our market. He has compiled this
data and will be presenting it along with more local economic news.

"Taking Back Appraisals" - With his great depth of experience in the appraisal process plus a
strong understanding of the real estate business Scott applies a unique perspective, broad insight,
and solid decision-making skills to the process of determining proper appraisal valuation on a dai-
ly basis.
Aaron R. Clay -
Aaron has taught a course titled Water Law in a Nutshell for several years, for realtors, closers, attor-
neys, and others. This course has been approved by Western State College for three units of college
credit. It has been accredited by the Colorado Division of Real Estate, the Colorado Well Drillers Li-
censing Board, and the Colorado Supreme Court for continuing education credits.
Aaron was raised in Hotchkiss, Colo. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1975
(Boettcher Scholar, BA in Physics/Education) and the University of Colorado School of Law in 1979
(Order of the Coif.) He has practiced law in Delta since 1980.

For the most recent 10 years Tracey has been helping facilitate tax-deferred Like-Kind IRC Section
1031 Exchanges. Tracey is a certifies instructor State of Colorado Real Estate Division, and has an
adjunct faculty member of Regis University teaching accounting, finance, economics, and statistics.
He is also approved by the Colorado Bar Association to provide CLE credit for attorneys.
This class will highlight elements of the ACT Cert Survival Edge Series™. The mate-
rial will educate and encourage participants to become active in his or her own
safety and security. Real Estate Professionals will learn concepts of recognition,
prevention, and the threat of physical violence and personal assault in the work-
place; i.e.: home showings, open houses, home tours, vacant property and even in
their professional offices.
