Consonant Exercises Think of 3 consonants that you have some trouble with.
For each of these consonants, come up with 3 words where this consonant appears in word initial position, 3 words where this consonant appears inside a word, and 3 words where this consonant appears at the end of a word.
Practice pronouncing these words. Record yourself saying them and listen to your pronunciation.

Put it all together: (Source: http://accent.gmu.edu/howto.php#)
Have you called Stella? Ask her to bring these things
with her from the store: six spoons of fresh snow peas, five
thick slabs of blue cheese, and maybe a snack for her
brother, Bob. We also need a small plastic snake and big toy
frog for the kids. If she wants, she can scoop these things
into three red bags, and we will go meet her Wednesday at
the train station.
