ELEVATIONS ARE CONTAINED WITHIN SOLARY CANAL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SITE.

HOWEVER, THE SAME FIRM MAP INCORRECTLY SHOWS THE BOUNDARY OF THE FLOODPLAIN

EXCEEDING THE LIMITS OF THE CANAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE FEMA FLOODPLAIN BOUNDARY

CONTRADICTS ACTUAL CONDITIONS AS PRESENTED IN THE TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY.

THEREFORE FOR CLARITY, THE FLOODPLAIN BOUNDARY IS NOT SHOWN AND THE 100-YEAR

FLOODPLAIN IS ASSUMED TO REMAIN WITHIN THE TOP OF BANKS OF THE CANAL.

SEE DWG C-3 FOR WETLAND IMPACTS TO SOLARY CANAL AND THREE SMALL ISOLATED

DEPRESSIONAL WETLANDS.
