Campaign
The goal of the Mealtime is Family Time
campaign is to encourage families to
pledge to eat at least three meals per
week of uninterrupted time for at least
45 minutes per meal together. When fam-
ilies take time to connect at mealtimes
they whole family benefits. Take the
