ICTACT YOUTH SUMMITS 2015

ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu (ICTACT), an Initiative of Government of India,

Government of Tamil Nadu and Industry, is a not for profit autonomous

organization focusing to improve the quality of students passing out of

institutions in Tamil Nadu, to make them industry ready and immediately

employable in the ICT industry comprising the ICT services and the ICT

Manufacturing sectors. This will meet the skill requirements of the industry

and generate more employment in the state especially in tier 2/3 cities

ICTACT is governed by an autonomous Board of Governors with

representations from the state Government of Tamil Nadu , leading

companies in the ICT industry with presence in Tamil Nadu & NASSCOM.

ICTACT is a pioneering venture under the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP)

model that endeavours to train the higher education teachers and students

in the areas of Information & Communication Technology, thereby making

the students industry ready.

ICTACT Youth Summit is a series of youth development conferences hosted by ICTACT which is a platform created for the Indian young Indian students to come together

and get inspired to prepare themselves for the next generation. Today’s Youth are looked up to fit the slices of the pie in a proper proportion by getting themselves

empowered with relevant skills, be innovative, communicate better and emerge with leadership capabilities to effectively lead the future, thereby contributing to the

ICTACT YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUMMIT 2015 - MADURAI

ICTACT YES 2015 brings together graduating students from across South India for a day of inspiring innovation and entrepreneurship. This is the full-day summit in Tamil

Nadu that invites young student innovators from colleges to meet, learn and make connections with like-minded peer groups, supplementing classroom learning with

exciting real-world experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship.

The summit is conducted in association with TiE Chennai. The summit will feature expert key note sessions and master classes of experts. The summit will also have

guest speakers who are real youth entrepreneurs sharing their experiences.Students will have the opportunity to participate in all sessions throughout the day. The

Colleges educators are also invited to attend the summit, which will add value in teaching entrepreneurial skills and also nurturing innovation in colleges. Each session

ICTACT Digital Youth Summit 2015 will bring together the next generation of young digital innovators from across India, with a primary focus on digital innovation,

technology entrepreneurship, digital opportunities and ‘tech for social’ innovations. The ICTACT series of summit for the youth has already become a reference event for
