Our experienced engineering team provides OEMs with all sizes of industry leading components, from large steel cabinets to smaller steel brackets. Electrical Assemblies & Harnessing

Whether you need a compact wiring solution, or a complex, multi-foot custom harness for a cab, we can design a custom electrical setup for your machine.

PPerhaps more than all other aspects of your cab, it’s wiring and electrical must be sufficiently protected from all environmental factors, while not occupying too much of the cab’s space. We can bind multiple kilometers worth of wiring into a compact harness, greatly

reducing installation time for the OEM.


Cab Testing and Certifications

At ADC Equipment Innovations, we deliver pragmatic system and component design, as well as innovative and reliable technologies. One of the biggest ways we do that is through rigorous and thorough safety testing procedures, as required for off-road equipment. Our team coordinates testing services as part of our cab design offerings to ensure your operators can feel safe in an ADC designed cab.

If your machine’s primary application involves heavy loads, working in unknown elevation, or any other situation that tests its balance, you need to invest in ROPS testing. There are many factors that must be taken into account during a ROPS assesment, including total mass and environmental temperature, among others.

Construction, mining, & forestry are just a few of the industries that need an added level of protection from large falling debris. If your machine involves lifting large objects, it should undergo FOPS certification, also taking into account any top level safety windows or structures.

While not a compete roll over, the weight of a tipped over machine could still be fatal to an operator. If a machine is working on unstable or elevated terrain, TOPS testing is important to ensure that reasonable crush protection is provided to the operator during a 90 degree tip over.

Even without one of the more extreme scenarios listed above, there are a number of other penetrating objects, such as branches and broken winch lines, that can be very harmful to an operator. OPS testing is intended to ensure that they are provided with reasonable protection from those hazards without impeding operator vision or function.
