From our large ballroom to multiple breakout rooms, it’s easy to diversify and maximize your event at Swan Lake Resort.

With a total capacity of 2,000 people, our centerpiece of the conference center is the Grand Salon with over 10,000 sq. ft. that can be divided into three separate rooms. The main conference space is complimented by Garden Court East and West, which are ideal for smaller functions or breakout meeting space. All rooms are adjacent to the beautiful courtyard complete with gazebo and relaxing fountain and golf course views.

The conference center experience is completed by The Gallery dining room, Tower Room and Promenade Board Room - each perfectly suited for any private event. If it is a room with a balcony view you are looking for; Forum A & B overlook the outdoor pool and golf course.

Deluxe Rooms

Preferred locations include Poolside Rooms with patio access and Golf View Rooms with outstanding golf and fairway views.

King Suites

Each suite features one bedroom with a living room style connecting parlor. Two televisions, pull-out sofa sleeper, king bed and standard hotel amenities await. For those special occasions or just for everyday, these suites offer an elegance that will be a wonderful addition to your stay.

Owner’s Deluxe SuiteThe larger of Swan Lake Resort’s new spacious and luxurious suites , the Owner’s Deluxe Suite offers a bedroom with two queen beds and a large living with a Queen sofa sleeper. The suite also has a kitchenette with dining table and access to a private outdoor deck.

The suite features complimentary wireless internet, flat screen satellite televisions, in-room fresh brewed coffee, hair dryers, iron & ironing boards, and oversized mirrors.

Presidential Suite This new spacious suite features a bedroom with a king bed and a large common area with Queen sofa sleeper. Guests in the Presidential Suite can also book an adjoining room with two queen beds to accommodate up to 8 people.

Log CabinsTwo-story knotty pine cabins set in a secluded, wooded area not far from the resort. There are five separate rooms and includes 3 sleeping areas with flat screen televisions, 4 bathrooms, living room with flat screen television, kitchen or kitchenette, dining table. Sleeps 6-8. Campfire ring and horseshoe pit are just outside. Great atmosphere for Groups and Families.

Cottages

Sleeps 4-6 persons, furnished with bunk beds and one Queen Bed or Sofa Sleeper and one bathroom. All have two televisions, kitchenette, game table, spacious independent feel and just steps from the resort. There is also a campfire ring right outside. Perfect for families & golf groups. There are six cottages from which to choose.

Our team has assembled a new delicious menu featuring a modern twist to American classics with a variety of pasta, fresh seafood, and hand selected, dry-aged steaks and chops. Dickies Restaurant supports local farmers by using locally grown ingredients, and supports regional brewers by having more than 40 craft beers in-house.
