Conference Registration User Tutorial

Select a Package:
Clicking on the drop down will provide the details on what is included in each package.
Select your package of choice on the right margin. For this example the Wednesday and Thursday
packages have been selected. Our Conference web pages will provide details on all available packages
and events. You will be able to register a guest for tours or social events when your registration is
complete.

Selecting Your Sessions, Tours or Events:
TICKETS: To receive your ticket to any of the social events, Continuing Education sessions, Admission
Course lectures included in the Conference packages, you must select the event you wish to attend.
Selections are presented daily starting with . Choose your sessions, tours and social
events for the appropriate day. To proceed, either click the tab for the following day or scroll to the
bottom of the page and click . You can change your package type (i.e. Wednesday/Thursday
packages to Full Conference package) at any time through the process by selecting next to
the package selected. Your selected sessions, tours or events will remain intact.

following day or scroll to the bottom of the page and click

NEW: If you forget to select a social event that is included in your package, the following message will
appear indicating which social events you have not selected. Click on to close the window. You can
now go back and add the missing social event noted in the message box, change your package selection
if you do not plan to attend the social event (in order to ensure you receive the best price possible) by
clicking or click and continue to the check out.

This is your opportunity to review your selection and:
Edit your Badge name to a preferred name or nick name, provide information on any Special Dietary
Requirements or Special physical or medical requirements.
You can select to change any selections, providing all details of your
registration, for Tours or Social Events or check out by selecting
or .

Guest Registration:
Session selection for Guest is similar to the primary registration for Tours and Social Events Only.
NOTE: Guests who are architects are required to register separately for Continuing Education sessions, in
order to track Continuing Education hours.

Press through to to complete guest registration. When finished select
Guest’s Name request. You have the option of selecting Yes to enter your guest name to provide your
guest with a name badge and tickets. If you select No all tickets will be in the primary registrants name.

Select on the Charges Summary page to complete your registration.
Your Confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address of record.

To Change your registration (at a later date or time)

You will be directed to your registration summary page. Here you can either print your itinerary by
clicking or can change your registration selections by clicking

After selecting you will be brought to the package selection page, the
start of the registration process.
Your current selections will show as a check mark.
In order to change your selections you will need to deselect the current session and then select your
new session. You will receive a conflict message if you do not deselect your current session first.
Continue through the registration process and select , located at the bottom of the
page when complete.
This is your opportunity to review your changes and the revised price of your registration. There are
three options at this stage to complete the process;
to cancel the selected changes
to go back and make additional changes
to finalize your changes

Once is selected you will have one final opportunity to confirm you are
ready to submit the change.
