La data ultima per le adesioni al Rally FICC Friendship è il 5 aprile 2014. Dopo tale termine, sarà applicata una maggiorazione del 20%.

My family members and I hereby agree to comply with the Rally Regulations. The undersigned shall not hold the organising club responsible in the event of any accident, illness, theft or act of God.

In compliance with Italian Protection of Privacy Law n. 675/96, it hereby confirms that all personal data supplied shall be used exclusively for internaladministrative, communication or statistical purposes.The organizers furthermoreundertake to act in full respect of your rights as recognised under art. 13 of the above mentioned law.

Booking deadline is 5th of april 2014.After this date, a supplement fee of 20% will be required.

The fee includes:• the stay in the camp from 1st of may until 4th of May 2014.No reduction will be appliedfor reduced stays;• the use of the assigned pitches during the above mentioned period and theprogram if free of charge.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• cancellations received 10 days before the beginning of the Rally:90% of the fee will be refunded;• Cancellations received from 8 days before the beginning of the Rally: 50% of the fee will be refunded;• Cancellations received from 7 to 0 days before to the beginning of the Rally: no refund.

All participants must have the “camping card international” valid for 2014.

ANNULLIERUNG(die von der FICC beschlossenen Rückzahlungsregeln):

• Annullierung bis zum 10. Tag vor der Rallye: 90%• Annullierung vom 8. Tag vor der Rallye: 50%• Weniger als 8 Tage vor Rallye: keine Rückzahlung.

Alle Teilnehmer müssen Inhaber der “Camping Card International” gültig für 2014 sein.
