Original Schmidt Hammer Concrete Test Hammer

Concrete testing with the Original Schmidt test hammer is the most frequently used method for non-destructive con-crete testing worldwide. In order to test a wide range of material types and sizes, there are various models available. Types N, NR, L and LR are designed to assess the quality and compressive strength characteristics of concrete within the range of 10 to 70 N/mm2 (1’450 to 10’152 psi). Types LR and NR can automatically register the rebound values on a paper strip chart. The Digi-Schmidt features a display unit that allows the direct reading and evaluation of test results.

The Profometer 5+ rebar detection system, available as model S or Scanlog, brings the power of non-destructive pulse-induction technology to the analysis of rebar systems in concrete. For an accurate way to detect reinforcement bars, measure cover (max. 180 mm, 7.1 inch), determine bar diameter, and evaluate the measured data with ProVista, Profometer 5+ is an ideal solution.

Profoscope Rebar Detector and Covermeter

The Profoscope is a versatile, fully-integrated rebar detector and covermeter. It is a compact, light device allowing for single-handed operation. It is the perfect solution for fast yet accurate measurements. Profoscope has a unique real-time rebar visualization allowing the user to actually “see” the location of the rebar beneath the concrete surface to a maximum depth of 180 mm (7.1 inch). This is coupled with rebar-proximity indicators and optical and acoustical locating aids. The rebar diameter can also be determined.

Dyna Pull-off Tester

The user-friendly Dyna pull-off tester determines the adhe-sive strength of coatings on concrete structures and the ten-sile strength of concrete. Testing can be carried out on any point of a structure without having to install test devices prior to the casting of the concrete. The Dyna is indispensable for the diagnosis of structural damage as well as for checking completed renovation work.

Canin+ Corrosion Analysis

The Canin+ corrosion analyzing instrument provides two methods for investigating and assessing the corrosion of steel in concrete: 1. Half-cell corrosion potential method. 2. Concrete resistivity method. Tico Ultrasonic Instrument

Tico is an ultrasonic instrument which can be used for non-destructive determination of the quality of concrete. It uses the pulse velocity method to provide information on the uni-formity of concrete, cavities, cracks and defects, the modu-lus of elasticity and compressive strength.

Torrent Permeability Analysis

The Torrent permeability tester permits a rapid and non-destructive measurement of the quality of the cover concrete with respect to its durability. Concrete air permeability is an excellent indicator of the potential durability and resistance of a particular concrete against the ingress of aggressive media in the gaseous or liquid state.
