Computer Lab Rules!!

Be kind…

To yourselves – by using posture, hands on the home keys, feet on the floor, and sitting up straight

To your friends – by allowing them to do their work without interruption, keeping your hands to yourselves and using inside voices

To the computers – by tapping lightly on the keys and using the mouse gently, and by not touching the screens

Be considerate…

Keep your hands clean.

Push your chairs in when we leave.

No food, drink or gum around the computers

Think…

Raise your hand if you have a question

Use what you already know to try to figure out how to do something

Be Patient…

Loading programs, starting the computer and printing documents take time.

If you keep clicking, you’ll end up with lots of programs open or lots of wasted pages printed.
