ScreenLooking at the screen for along time can make your eyes sore, blurry/double vision, give you headaches and can cause stress, that can last various times, long and short. To prevent this, it is recommend to look away from the screen every now and then and look at a distant object, do something away from the computer, blinking regularly, changing screen height to make it eye level, adjusting the brightness to a comfortable level, position monitors to stop glare getting on the screen and keeping the screen clean.

PostureMusculoskeletal problems like back and neck pain/discomfort, and can be caused by an unhealthy posture, bad back rest or sitting in the same position for a long time. Can be prevented by, stretching regularly/relaxing your body, using foot rests, an adjustable chair to make you more comfortable with adjustable/removable arm rests, the table should have enough leg room and have enough room for all you equipment.

Mouse/tablet/otherRepetitive strain injury is when to you certain small actions which can hurt you in the long term, and can be caused by the mouse being too far away and having to stretch your arm out very far to use it, clicking the mouse with force or holding the tablet pen in a strange way. It can be prevented by keeping the keyboard and mouse on the same level, not gripping/pressing so hard, learn key board shortcuts and having enough space for your wrists the rest.
