Definition: A large high speed computer, one supporting numerous workstation.

Example: ACF2, RACF. Log on and log off system.

Definition: A computer that has a medium power , more than a micro computer but less than a mainframe.

Definition: A small computer has microprocessor as its central processor

Definition: A part of a computer that interprets and executes instructions.
