This introductory, computer-based course has no prerequisites and focuses on SolidWorks 2017. If you have an interest in learning about solid modeling, are new to SolidWorks or are simply looking to update your skills, this is the course for you. You should have a basic

Computer-Aided Drafting Technology is a STEM-based curriculum featuring extensive emphasis on
Computer Aided Design (CAD) applications using AutoCAD and SolidWorks softwares as well as 3D printing and prototyping. Students will have opportunities to obtain industry recognized CSWA and CSWP certifications, as well as participate in a campus sponsored SolidWorks user group, BACoN SWUG.
