• Stage 1 – On the job engagement(confidentiality, learn from expertise, simple interv. for discomforts WAI)
• Stage 2 –Theory, realistic job simulation, one on one consult (individual coaching) based on identified risk
(engaging, realistic, specific risks with simple strategies)
• Stage 3 – practical job coaching looking at individuals plan and its progression
• Stage 4 – review of care and maintenance
