Company History:

Established in 1986 by Mr. Magnus Koroleff in Mariehamn, Finland as a one man

company specialized in galley and provision store deliveries to the marine industry.

In 1993 the company started to develop the marine electrical engineering, procurement

and construction for passenger and cruise market mainly in the Baltic Sea area and

South East Asia.

In 1998 the company started servicing the shipyards in the cruise ship new builds and

2000 we enters the North American cruise market.

Since 2008 the company has offered the services to the Oil & Gas offshore sector

globally and in 2013 opened an office in Brazil

The company has for more than 25 years grown into an international business,

specialized in electrical solutions and installations for the marine industry with

subsidiaries in 6 locations worldwide employing more than 80 people.

Finland

Alandia Engineering Oy was established in 1986 in Mariehamn and is the holding

company which owns 100% of all subsidiaries in the Alandia Engineering Group. This

company provides management, financial support, legal advices and administrative

support to the group.

Alandia Engineering Marine located in Mariehamn are supporting the Western

Europe and specially the Baltic region with our services. New buildings in Finland has

also been in the company’s business sector.

Estonia

Alandia Engineering Estonia OÜ was established 2000 in Tallinn. The company has

mainly been providing manpower within the Alandia Engineering group. Over the

years the development in Eastern Europe has given the company the opportunity to

take on turn key deliveries also within Estonia.

Alandia Engineering Inc was established 2000 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In close co-

operation with all major ship owners and turn-key suppliers Alandia Engineering Inc

has been able to participate in most of the North American cruise ship conversions and

upgrades.

Alandia Engineering Inc has also been able to provide services within the offshore

sector in the Gulf of Mexico.

Singapore

Alandia Engineering S.E.A. Pte. Ltd. was established 1993 in Singapore. Over the

years Alandia Engineering S.E.A. Pte. Ltd. has been serving the Asian cruise market

and local shipyards. Recently the offshore sector has been growing and is today the

major industry for our services.

Philippines

Alandia Engineering Philippines was established 2012 in Manila with the goals to

increase our manpower pool.

With our increasing demand on skilled manpower Alandia Engineering Group has

started an internal training program for us to meet the future demand with the highest

quality.

Brazil

In August 2013 Alandia Engenharia do Brasil was established in Rio

de Janeiro

We will provide the same services in Brazil as we have done for the

past 27 year to the global market.

With our internal training program and together with our Partners,

specialized training are provided to our staff. We are aiming for to

have a Brazilian electrical team to respond for the market needs both

for retrofit/modifications and new builds.

refitting projects inclusive mechanical structures for the electrical equipment's, while the

vessel is in normal operation, ensuring an absolute minimum amount of inconvenience

caused to the operation of the vessel.

Some of our latest projects

STX Genesis Class (RCI Oasis- & Allure of the Seas)

Alandia Engineering delivered turnkey installation including all mechanical and

electrical work for two areas.

Allure of the Seas, together with her sister ship Oasis of the Seas, at that time the

largest and most innovative cruise ships in the world. Alandia Engineering Marine

were awarded with two turn-key contracts.

The contracts included one technical area consisting of seven electrical substations

and one machinery area consisting of three converter rooms, including one IT UPS

room. The total surface area of all spaces covered approximate 2000 sqm.

For this project Alandia supplied mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing of

prefabrications, installation of all equipment, piping, HVAC, insulation and all electrical

works including high voltage connection. This employed work for approximate 80 000

man hours.

The areas were successfully delivered on time, without remarks in excellent condition.

Acergy Falcon (Subsea 7)

Alandia Engineering successfully completed the fire repair works

onboard Acergy Falcon in Brest, France in July 2010 after 115 000 hours of work.

We supplied manpower for cable removal and installation, including design and delivery

of all cables and necessary installation materials.

The following systems was been replaced: fire detection, public address, general alarm,

CCTV, telephones, intercom, cable carousel, MCC´s & automation for the pipe lay

system, main generator room power and control systems, ROV control room, etc.

Re-commissioning of the Kongsberg systems was also carried out by Alandia

Engineering in cooperation with Kongsberg Maritime.

As an additional scope, considerable work was done in the accommodation areas, and

Alandia also provided the services of safety technicians, who provided invaluable

support to the Acergy Group HSE team.

Some of our latest projects Kongsberg Maritime, Saipem 7000

Kongsberg Maritime and Alandia Engineering has completed the installation and commissioning of an integrated bridge and automation solution during a large-scale retrofit of the Saipem 7000, took place in Stavanger and Rotterdam during October 2012 – March 2013.

Kongsberg Maritime installed a significant package consisting of the latest generation of its offshore product line, including K-Pos, K-Bridge, K-Thrust, and K-Chief 700.

The automation segment of the retrofit included the upgrade of 60 field cabinets and over 30 new consoles for the Engine Control Room & Bridge area, which introduced Saipem 7000 to the latest monitoring, control and power management possibilities of Kongsberg Maritime's established offshore automation solution, K-Chief 700. Further, the existing network was upgraded to fibre optics, with 35,000 meters of new cables installed in total. The integrated control system consists of approx. 10,000 I/O signals, which enables the operator to monitor and control Saipem 7000's 12 engines & 12 thrusters including auxiliary systems.

Some of our latest projects

Product Tanker New Building (3 ships) Complete electrical installations onboard

the Svithoid tankers oil tanker new buildings. This project was completed in co-

operation with ASP Ship Management and SRC Shipyard in Estonia.

Kongsberg Group In close co-operation with Kongsberg Group Alandia Engineering

have performed several refit installations on K-Chief, K-Trust and Tank Gauging &

Measurement systems.

Celebrity Millennium® Class Cabins

Alandia Engineering delivered in cooperation with Almaco its third Millennium Class

New Cabin -project to Celebrity Cruises. 60 new cabins were installed during dry dock

onboard Celebrity Millennium; the same scope was completed earlier in December

2011 on Celebrity Infinity and in January 2012 on Celebrity Summit. All electrical

installation of the 180 Cabins was completed by ALANDIA in Freeport prior to the

ship’s arrival to Grand Bahama Shipyard.
