Complaint to TGA: Muscle Peptides Australia

On 23 July 2018, in an email to John Skerritt and Jenny Francis (TGA), I noted the outcome of the court case against Peptide Clinics Pty Ltd and suggested more court actions were needed. One of the companies I suggested was Muscle Peptides Australia.
On 26 July 2019 I filled out the online registration, assessment and “medical consultation” page of Muscle Peptide Australia. I stated that I was a 75-year-old male, interested in most of the products they were offering, that I was not an athlete in a sport that subscribes to the WADA World Anti-Doping Code, and I had no significant medical history.
On 29 July 2019 my account was approved (appendix I). The appended products were available for purchase and delivery. These include Schedule 4, prescription only products such as Clomid, Nolvadex and HCG and other illegal and unapproved SARMS and peptides.
I urge the TGA to take urgent legal action against this company.
