IntroductionLeciel Trading & Contracting W.L.L began as a general works

contractor in Qatar under the dynamic leadership of its partners

Khalifa Jumah Al Hitmi And Saleem Dawood Chaugule. The key employees

of the company are highly experienced and undertaken many

challenging projects and accumulated skills with strong knowledge and

experiences in construction and building maintainence &

solutions, project management services & related engineering

works.

Today, Leciel Trading & Contracting W.L.L takes on the role of main

contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project

management services to coordinate specialized trades for industrial/

Commercial projects. Our objective is to provide our clients with a fully

assured experience when they choose our company to execute

their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and procedural

approch ensures that clients objectives and preferences are well

prioritized in the planning and execution of all our processes. We

take pride in our timely delivery, thus our clients can always be

assured that the most experienced and qualified people are serving

them, all the time.

Since our establishment in Doha - State of Qatar, we have achieved an energetic transformation along with Qatar's economic, financial, investment, health, education, environmental and commercial industrialization. LTC management is responsible for the development of Quality Assurance policies and procedures and shall ensure that appropriate resources for their effective implementation are provided. The principle operational responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and for complying with the company's policies and procedures lies with line management. However all employees are responsible for compliance to procedures.

Managers are responsible for publishing and communicating quality objectives for their part of the business and for improving service to customers and internal efficiency. In addition to the setting of measurable targets, we will develop and improve the Quality Management System through consultation and involvement of our customers and staff.

To meet our commitments, we will

• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with standards.

• Know our customers and have a complete understanding of theirneeds.

• Through performance measurement and effective communication,ensure customer requirements are met, exceeded or enhanced.

This policy shall be made available to all employees through and displayed as is appropriate to each site on notice boards. It is available to the General Public and other interested parties on request.

The Quality Assurance Policy shall be reviewed annually by the LTC Management

The Management of LTC shall be committed to preventing work place violence and to maintain a safe work environment for all Workers. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that the Health and Safety of all our Workers are protected from injury and occupational disease. Through continuous improvement, Senior Management, Superintendents and all Workers shall be committed to their responsibility in compliance with Health and Safety procedures & requirements in the workplace. LTC will demonstrate this through the implementation of its occupational Health and Safety Program. Superintendents are by law accountable to protect the Health and Safety of Workers under their supervision, to ensure that machinery and equipment is in safe working order and workers work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures. Workers will receive full job safety orientation prior to employment to protect their own Health and Safety and to ensure they work in compliance with the law and work safe procedures established by LTC. Our total commitment to Health and Safety must form an integral part of our daily lives. LTC expected results are No Lost Time Injury or Occupational Illnesses. In conclusion, Owners/Management, Superintendents and Workers are responsible and shall demonstrate commitment to safety by adhering to legislated duties company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of all Workers on site. Management will review this Health and Safety Management System annually.

LTC's superintends and all workers will pay personal attention to keep the working environment in a clean and orderly manner and will be monitored by the senior management monthly.
